Description
This is a refreshing and flavorful salad dressing option for Mexican-inspired salads. This versatile dressing can also work as a sauce over a dinner of grilled meats and veggies, over eggs for breakfast, and even as a dip for crudites.

- 1 bunch of fresh cilantro, rinsed, dried, and chopped
- juice of two fresh limes
- 1 fresh, raw jalapeno pepper, seeds removed, chopped
- 1/2 - 1 clove of fresh garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/4-1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Mix or blend to combine.
- If a smoother dressing is desired, combine ingredients in a blender or in an immersion blender cup; blend until smooth.
- Taste, and adjust seasoning, as desired.
- Keep refrigerated in an airtight jar; will keep 5-7 days.
