- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 1/2 tsp FRESH herbs ~or~ 1/2 tsp DRIED herbs, each: oregano, dill, basil, parsley, marjoram, and chives
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together until very well combined.
- Cover and chill 1-24 hours for best flavor.
- Serve with veggies, drizzled over grilled meats, or as a dressing for salads.
- Thin with water as desired, to use as dressing.
