Burger Salad Bowl

Description
All the flavors of a juicy, satisfying burger, abstinent style. Sugar-free, trigger-free, and delicious!
Ingredients
- 7 oz salad veggies of choice; (Lettuce; Shredded Cabbage; Sliced Tomatoes; Chopped Red Onion)
- 3 oz quinoa, cooked
- 1 (4-oz) burger patty, cooked
- 1/2 oz cheese or 1 oz avocado
- 1 recipe Burger Sauce
Instructions
- Add salad veggies and quinoa to a large salad bowl
- Chop the cooked burger patty; add to the salad.
- Add cheese, if not melted on the burger; alternatively add avocado.
- Drizzle the Burger Sauce over the salad, and toss to combine.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- Makes a complete abstinent meal for 1.
- Cheese can either be melted on the burger during cooking, or shredded and added to the salad.
- Instead of cheese, substitute 1 oz of avocado, chopped.
