Description

All the flavors of a juicy, satisfying burger, abstinent style. Sugar-free, trigger-free, and delicious!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 7 oz salad veggies of choice; (Lettuce; Shredded Cabbage; Sliced Tomatoes; Chopped Red Onion)
  • 3 oz quinoa, cooked
  • 1 (4-oz) burger patty, cooked
  • 1/2 oz cheese or 1 oz avocado
  • 1 recipe Burger Sauce

Instructions

  1. Add salad veggies and quinoa to a large salad bowl
  2. Chop the cooked burger patty; add to the salad.
  3. Add cheese, if not melted on the burger; alternatively add avocado.
  4. Drizzle the Burger Sauce over the salad, and toss to combine.
  5. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Makes a complete abstinent meal for 1.
  • Cheese can either be melted on the burger during cooking, or shredded and added to the salad.
  • Instead of cheese, substitute 1 oz of avocado, chopped.
