Description

A fast, no-fuss way to enjoy perfectly cooked fish – great for busy days!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Rub or Spices of your choice

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat salmon dry.
  2. Lightly drizzle with olive oil to coat.
  3. Sprinkle with rub or spices of your choice.
  4. Place salmon, skin side down, on air fryer pan. (Place a pan under the air fryer pan, to catch any drips).
  5. Set air fryer on 400 degrees; cook salmon for 12-14 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 145 degrees.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.

Notes

We like a combo of sugar-free, flour-free blackening seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
