Easy, Foolproof, and Perfect Every Time
In food addiction recovery, structure brings freedom – that includes simple, reliable meals. Hard boiled eggs are one of those humble little heroes that help me stay abstinent and satisfied.
They’re quick, packed with protein, and easy to prepare for the week ahead. Whether I eat them with fruit at breakfast, slice them over salad, or grab one for a snack between meetings, hard boiled eggs keep me grounded in my food plan. No decision fatigue, no chaos.
And the instant pot is a game changer! Set it and forget it. Just perfect, peeled-easy eggs every time.
